Background and problem

Our team has successfully implemented a prototype chatbot using the Rasa framework to help the company communicate with its customers and collect the necessary information to build pricing charts for certain parameters.


The advantages of using such a chatbot are as follows:

  • the chatbot was designed to ask the customer what type of chart they needed and the necessary parameters to build it;
  • the chatbot recognized the client's intents and remembered them;
  • support for modern LLM solutions was additionally implemented, which was used in case the user asked the chatbot about something that was not prescribed in the script;
  • it saved the client's time, as the bot can quickly gather the necessary information without the involvement of a human operator
  • the risk of errors was reduced, as the bot is programmed to follow certain rules and parameters
