As a result of the project, our team assisted the client in reducing the time required to process received feedback and simplifying the process of adjusting the educational program as students progress through it.

Innova successfully accomplished all of its assigned tasks:

• Conducted an analysis of the tone in responses, differentiating between negative and positive sentiments.
• Predicted the level of toxicity in the received text.
• Identified the primary themes within the feedback.
